(AVIC-Tech), was co-founded by Xiamen PROTEK Technology Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Aviation Industry Corporation of China(AVIC) and fund company of China Venture Capital in response to government policy of cooperation and integration between military and civilian companies for the active development of mixed-ownership economy in China. With 1,200 million RMB as registered capital, the corporation has over 100 employees, among which 50% are professional technicians.
